Dock.mn is an e-commerce platform developed by GNTLG LLC, designed for Mongolian businesses. We enable businesses to create online stores, sell via Messenger, and accept payments.

• Product information: name, description, images, price, inventory
• Order information: customer phone, delivery address, payment details
• Messenger interactions: message content sent via Facebook Messenger (required for chatbot operation)
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, login history

How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Operating the platform and running business stores
• Processing payments and sending invoices
• Sending order notifications (Messenger, email)
• Improving the platform and developing new features
• Resolving technical issues

We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services:

• Facebook / Meta — Operating Messenger chatbots, communicating with customers
• QPay — Accepting payments, generating QR codes
• Cloudflare — CDN, image storage (R2)
• Neon — Database (PostgreSQL)
• Vercel, Fly.io — Application hosting

We share only the minimum information necessary for these services to function. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policy.

• All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption
• Databases are stored on secure, access-restricted servers
• Payment card information is not stored on our servers — it passes through QPay
• Authentication is protected using JWT tokens and password hashing (bcrypt)
