You may request the deletion of all your data stored on the Dock.mn platform. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
How to Submit a Request
Send a data deletion request to the following email address:
info@dock.mn
Please include the following in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Business name (as registered on dock.mn)
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
Data That Will Be Deleted
After your request is confirmed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Business account and settings
- Products, images, descriptions
- Orders and customer information
- Messenger conversation history
- Chatbot settings and flows
- Online store configuration and themes
Data That Will Be Retained
The following data will be retained for a specified period as required by law:
- Financial records and invoices (retained for 7 years as required by law)
- Payment transaction records
This data is retained solely for legal compliance purposes and will not be used for platform services.
Timeline
- Requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt
- You will be notified by email once deletion is complete
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
