Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By using the Dock.mn platform, you agree to these terms of service in full. Dock.mn is an e-commerce platform developed by GNTLG LLC for Mongolian businesses, providing online stores, Messenger chatbots, and payment processing.

2. Registration

When registering on the platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Take responsibility for all actions performed under your account
• Be 18 years of age or older

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You must use the platform only for lawful business purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Selling illegal products (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• Sending spam messages or deceiving customers
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Accessing other users' data without authorization
• Actions that violate Meta's policies
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights

4. Payments

• Monthly subscription fees are paid in advance (via QPay or bank transfer)
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month
• When cancelled, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Payments are non-refundable (special cases will be reviewed individually)
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, logos, and branding of the Dock.mn platform are the intellectual property of GNTLG LLC. You have the right to use the platform but may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer it.

Content you upload to the platform (product information, images, text) remains your property. Dock.mn uses your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dock.mn is not liable for:

• Platform technical downtime or maintenance
• Failures or changes in third-party services (Meta, QPay)
• Losses resulting from your business decisions
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure

Dock.mn's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, all users will be notified by email, and new terms will take effect 30 days after notification. If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue using the service.
